1. Provide a comprehensive education plan for all children based on developmentally appropriate activities while recognizing individual needs.
a. Each classroom displays the lesson plans for the week, describing activities and their relationship to appropriate practices.
b. Each student is provided with opportunities to challenge their comfort level.
2. Encourage and support family involvement in the school to enhance the education of children.
a. A minimum of four campus-wide family activities takes place each year.
b. Parent-Teacher conferences are held twice a year and more often if needed.
3. Provide staff development opportunities designed to strengthen the program.
a. Staff members are required to attend scheduled workshops sponsored by the school.
b. Offsite professional development opportunities are highly encouraged and paid for by the school.
4. Acknowledge and foster accreditation (NAEYC).
